* Provided, not every recovery is equal , sometimes it takes more time to recover the data.
* Surcharge of €100 is waived if a clean room is necessary.
* Emergency service does not apply to cleanroom recoveries, a new price arrangement will be made for these.

Clean room recovery

If you take advantage of the clean room track, the following conditions apply.

No cure - no pay.
No analysis costs
At 75% or more, money counts as successful recovery and you will receive an invoice.
If less than 75% is recovered, you determine whether to continue the recovery for the same price or discontinue the recovery (no cost)
Original hard drive return € 49,- incl. VAT (only applicable if recovery is not possible)
Regardless of hard drive brand or size
Includes new hard drive T/M 1 TB, for a 2TB, 3TB and 4TB a surcharge applies from € 79, - incl. VAT

The prices below are for a single hard drive or SSD, excluding any surcharges.
