WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
- The consumer has the option to return the product within 14 days of ordering. Without giving any reason for return.
- The 14-day return option applies to consumers only. This means that when you return a product for business use buys of for business purpose times (With a purchase invoice for your business), you have no right of return for 14 days.
- The customer can use the model withdrawal form, which he can print and fill out. However, this is not mandatory. The withdrawal form is available on the website, on the "Returns" tab.
- In case of revocation of a distance sales contract, the contract shall be considered null and void and the seller shall return to the customer all payments received (except for the additional costs resulting from the delivery method chosen by the customer other than the least expensive usual delivery method offered by the seller, immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which the seller was informed of the customer's decision to exercise the right of revocation from the sales contract.
- The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.
- The refund will be made via the same payment methods used by the customer in the original transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, the customer will not incur any additional charges in connection with this refund.
- The seller may refuse refund until receipt and inspection of the product(s).
- The goods returned by the customer must be properly packaged so that the package is not damaged in transit.
- All used or altered products will not be returned.
- The product must not bear signs of use, must have original protective wrapping and intact packaging (excluding product protections that, without removal, do not allow testing of the equipment). Products packed in packaging that prevents easy opening must be carefully cut open so as not to damage the packaging. Products with signs of use will not be fully refunded. Each situation will be evaluated individually.
- Products with damaged packaging, protective materials or incomplete equipment will not be fully refunded. Each situation will be assessed individually.
- Damaged seals on the equipment disqualify the equipment for return rights.
- After checking the product, the refund will be made via original determination method up to 14 working days.
- In the case of an advance (i.e. booking of equipment, preparation according to the customer's guidelines), the advance is also non-refundable in case of non-retirement / non-completion of the contract (i.e. non-collection within the deadline, non-payment within the deadline) or commencement of work customer (i.e. software installation or modification of equipment configuration at the customer's request) the advance is non-refundable (covers the commencement of work by the vendor and its costs).
- If the product reservation is cancelled up to 5 business days after the date of the reservation and no changes have been made to the software or hardware configuration during this time, the deposit will be refunded in full.
- For products shipped digitally, the right of withdrawal does not apply. The sale is final after successful payment. Additional information can be found in Article 230p of the Civil Code - Book 6, Law of Obligations.
- When making an order with online digital content, you are informed in the ordering process that by ordering you agree to delivery (Digital download + license code). You further agree that you lose your right to withdraw from the contract once the download of the digital content (software) has started.
CAUTION:
- License codes received cannot be returned.
- Also, physical products whose seals are damaged/broken cannot be returned.
RETURN OF GOODS
- PC ENTER Service, as the seller is liable to the customer who is a consumer, for non-compliance with the contract of sale of the goods purchased by that consumer
- The goods returned by the customer must be properly packaged so that the package is not damaged in transit.
- All used or altered products are non-returnable .
- Damaged seals on the equipment disqualify the equipment for return rights.
- Customized products ordered cannot be returned.
